At "Fotographic Images" we take the subject of a clients privacy as an essential part of our relationship and therefore respect all the information which is provided to us in an exceedingly confidential manner. Only authorised personnel are allowed to access these files. It is our intention to ensure that your relationship with the company is as safe as possible and problem free.
Personal Information
"Fotographic Images" does not sell, lease, or give freely, any of the information you have entrusted with the company. This information is soley used as a tool to process all of your trading with the company, and to keep you upto date with your account, and keep you informed of any of the latest developments within the company.
E-mail Usage
The only time your e-mail address(s) which have been entrusted to the company will be used, is when the company wishes to contact you, or to forward some relevant information or news to you.
Mail Shots
If you do not wish to receive any site updates or mail shots from the company, please inform the company immediately by using any means provided on the contact page. This notification must be in writing and cannot be accepted verbally.
Finances
The full time staff of the company and the staff of Paypal and the National Westminster Bank Plc will conduct all financial transactions.
