Newsletter October 2009

Since I told you about this venture in my last newsletter quite a lot has happened and positive progress is most certainly being made.

First of you may recall I mentioned about this venue being featured on a Channel 4 program earlier this year. Well, within the last few days I have had it confirmed that the new filming has now been completed and it is now down to the razor blade, otherwise known as editing. I will let you know, as soon as I know, when the broadcast is scheduled for.

Also taking place on the estate is the construction of a new web site. This is being constructed in such a way as to provide you with continually updated information and online bookings for what is looking like a very busy 2010.

On the outside there are builders putting scaffolding up and then a short while later, taking it down, moving to one of the estates cottages and putting it up again ready for chimney stacks and flues to constructed.

Finally, following the August newsletter I received three very interesting calls about this venture and since each person has asked for advance details. Please feel free to ask any question or to register your interest with myself, via my website.

The latest information regarding the recently introduced camouflage clothing and accessories is quite positive. The company decided to sell all the items of clothing as separate items and not just as a package. This I feel will be beneficial to most people.

Thirdly, an excellent coo, was to see on the first edition of this years "BBC’s Autumnwatch" and within the first 15 minutes, Simon King was filmed wearing a Stealth-Gear suit in the night shots. Hopefully it will have kept him as warm as mine keeps me.

Later this year I will be returning to one of Europe’s largest "Grey (Atlantic) Seal" colony’s entitled "Donna Nook". The seals return annually at the same time of the year (Nov, Dec, & January) as previous years and give birth to this years pup within days. Very soon after pupping the cow starts a new courtship prior to mating, all before returning to the sea for another 10 to 11months. If you are interested in joining me, please drop me a line.
