Payment.
Payment for all work undertaken by Fotographic Images will be with order unless an official credit account is in operation and current. Credit payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of the invoice. Overdue accounts will be charged an additional compound interest rate of 10% per month and all credit accounts will be immediately cancelled.

All images, text, logo's, content or documentation, in any of the company's web sites, associated web sites and websites which either John Fairclough or Fotographic Images contributes to, is solely owned or exclusively represented by Fototographic Images, John Fairclough or an officially appointed image agency. The subject and any disputes arising of all copyrights issues are conducted under the laws of Great Britain and the Copyright & Patent Act 1988. Any dispute arising between a third party and Fototographic Images, or John Fairclough, will be resolved under English Law in an English court of law, and under no circumstances will any actions be accepted under the laws of any foreign state or country.
