Digital Post Production, Enhancement & Restoration
Our offices and post production studios are fully equipped with some of the very latest computer hardware equipment and software packages. The whole computer system is regularly colour calibrated, as well as all the media profiles being kept up to date. This very specialised work is always undertaken with great care and accuracy and if necassary a specialist contractors services are engaged.
We are able to offer you some of the very finest Post Production and Restoration techniques.
- Post Production - This would allow us to introduce as much or as little digital manipulation, including: colour correction, despotting, cropping, sizing, stitching and collages, just to mention but a few.
- Restoration -Your old sentimental family pictures can be restored by removing creases, blemishes, scratches and tears. The repaired image can then be enhanced, converted to black and white or given an ageing appearance of a sepia effect.
- Included in our services are the facilities of being able to scan your images from either: 35mm Negatives, 35mm Transparancies, and via a flatbed scanner up to A1.
- Imaging is undertaken on an Apple Mac with 4 1TB External hard drives, "Snowleopard V 10.6.6". Softare available in the Mac is Aperture 3, CS4, OnOne PlugIn Suite 5, Nik Complete Software Package
- Photoshop support and audio visual presentations are also undertaken on a PC using Windows XP and has Adobe Photoshop CS4, OnOne PlugIn Suite 5, Adobe Photoshop Elements V8
- Our imaging monitors are by Eizo.
- All our dreaded admin work is undertaken with the aid of PC (our workhorse) and has all the usual office and internet software packages.
